Jeremy has been a business facing consultant in the technology world for over 20 years, much of it focused on helping organisations evolve to meet their goals. Jeremy specialises in Business Architecture, Organisation Design and Enterprise Transformation and has helped dozens of organisations move to more effective ways of operating. It is from these engagements where much of his inspiration, as well as the underlying expertise and experience included in the Adaptive Organisation and Adaptive Engine model, has been built.

 

Jeremy has worked across the globe, but predominantly in Europe, the US and Asia, and has trained and mentored others in Business Architecture, Business Analysis, GUI Design and Systems Engineering. Jeremy has worked in many industry sectors including Defence, Financial Services, Transport and logistics. Most recently I have spent considerable time working in the Public Services sector on the Digital Transformation of Government Agencies.

 

Key Experience:

Student Loans Company: led a team to transform the SLC into a highly adaptive and agile organisation. Created the transformation programme approach, strategy and delivery roadmap in partnership with key SLC leadership. Led first 18 months of delivery change in collaboration with SLC leadership. Built capability within leadership team. Produced future organisation design based und the business domain
