Helen’s role was to engage with IT and business Executive capability through their agile transformation programmes.
This included:
· Facilitation of sessions to create manifestos for new cultural practises and way of working
· One-to-one sessions with members of the UK and EU Executive teams to support their understanding and implementation of agile
· Upskilling around agile and scaled agile frameworks (DaD and SaFe)
