Helen is a reformed waterfall planner with more than 15 years’ of experience in delivering software.

 

Helen believes that agility is a tool for the entire enterprise, and that organisations that invest continuously in people, tools, practices and culture can thrive in times of uncertainty. This belief comes from more than 7 years of designing, leading and delivering transformation programmes across the public sector, retail, financial services and energy sectors.

Sainsbury’s Bank:

Helen’s role was to engage with IT and business Executive capability through their agile transformation programmes.

 

This included:

· Facilitation of sessions to create manifestos for new cultural practises and way of working

· One-to-one sessions with members of the UK and EU Executive teams to support their understanding and implementation of agile

· Upskilling around agile and scaled agile frameworks (DaD and SaFe)

· Creating and delivering skills and roles-based training materials

· Shaping opportunities to trail new ways of working

· Creating and growing communities of practice within the organisation

· Leading the organisation of large-scale cultural events
